Sean Bennett

Sales Manager

Sean has been selling real estate for over 18 years and has been leading the Sales Department at Mayo’s for around 14 years. Fully licenced as an Agent and with previous experience at several larger agencies, he has carefully adapted his approach for our boutique agency. By ‘taking’ from the best procedures and practises of the larger, franchised companies and honing it to suit our business, he offers a more personal, honest approach whist still offering our clients the latest in online opportunities, technology and systems.

Kirsty Bennett

General Manager

Kirsty has been in real estate for over 16 years and leading the team at Mayo’s since she started. A fully licenced Agent, she has worked on the ground in both the Sales and Property Management Departments and has been managing the business as a whole for the past 14 years. Working closely with the same staff for many years, Kirsty helps out as one of the team whilst overseeing the staffing balance and ensuring the trust accounts, finances and daily procedures are in check.

Jodie Parish

Senior Property Manager

Jodie has been leading the Property Management team at Mayo’s for over 15 years and has developed a valuable, long-standing relationship with our landlords and tenants. Highly skilled in the art of negotiation and well-versed in the Residential Tenancies Act, Jodie ensures that our landlords’ individual needs are met and properties are well looked after. With several Certificates in Property Management and decades of experience, she oversees both residential and commercial leasing procedures and maintains a well-rounded personal approach for our clients.

Sarah Elias

Property Manager (Leasing Manager)

Sarah has been working hard in the property management department for over 10 years and has become the company’s most valued source of knowledge when it comes to the history of each property and smooth running of re-letting and vacating procedures. She is university educated in a Graduate Diploma in Property and has a number of up-to-date property management certificates to follow. Sarah oversees the scrutinising of prospective tenants, the vetting of applications, coordinates the periodic inspections and is hands-on in the change-over process between tenants.

Melissa Boydon

Property Manager

Melissa has worked with Mayo’s for over 20 years in several full-time and part-time rolls and is highly trained in all areas of real estate. Over the years, she has worked as a senior property manager, sales administrator and office admin-manager – making her a wealth of knowledge for both our company and the industry in general. After a few years of looking after a portfolio of her own with another agency, Mel has return to Mayo’s as a property manager and to coordinate all invoicing & accounts payable.

Narelle Sewell

Inspections Officer

Narelle joined the team over 2 years ago and has been enthusiastically undertaking the majority of our periodic inspections. Focusing on the condition, cleanliness and upkeep of each property she reports to our landlords to keep them up to date and well informed about their investment properties. Narelle is a licenced property manager and has her up to date Certificate in Property Management.

Mike Mayo


Mike has successfully owned and run his own real estate business for more than 40 years. Operating from the same building since the early 80’s firstly as Hogarth Mayo and then as Mayo & Co Real Estate, he has spent his years as a Land Agent, Sales Agent, Buyers Agent and, on a personal level, an investor. As a landlord himself and having owned and run a rent roll for many years he has been involved in evert aspect of real estate and maintained many loyal, long-standing clients over the years.
