Does your property require maintenance? Need a plumber, electrician or handy-man?

We encourage you to help us keep our landlord’s properties in good condition and understand that maintenance and upkeep will be required from time to time.

Please email us with your maintenance issues so that we have a written report. We will follow up your request by calling our landlord’s for approval and issuing the relevant tradesman with a job sheet.

Please ensure your mobile phone numbers are up to date in our system and switched on, once you have lodged a maintenance call. Usually a tradesman will contact you within the week following your request.

If your emergency call is not answered immediately, please leave a message. Messages are checked at regular intervals throughout the weekend and your call will be returned as soon as possible by one of our staff.

Please note: Emergencies include seriously threatening scenarios such as burst pipes flooding the home, gas leaks, fire, broken window (that compromises your security) and the like.

“Emergency” does not cover being locked out, malfunctioning airconditioners /ovens, general maintenance or no hot water (hot water units will be seen to urgently – 1st thing on the following working day (Mon-Fri) and will be treated as a priority call/email.
